Good morning, Am a permanent residence permit holder here in Finland. And reside in pori. Before I will report rinta jouppi to customer protection services, I want to report a fraud that happened to me in your company. In second Weem of December 2021. I took my 2010 toyota avensis to rinta jouppi services station in pori. Because it was showing check packing break light and 2 other warning light. The took it in for diagnostic and told me they can't find the fault billed me 66euro and book a new appointment for December 29th 2021. I came back as scheduled and took the car in for hours and informed me that i will paid for hours till issue filled. In which I agreed few hours later I got a message that car fixed. I was billed almost 400 euro. Driving to Helsinki same day all the light came back. And it was night but still tried to call to informed but am sure no one will be there by 7pm but I still tried. Getting to Estonia next day I called to inform no one pick the call. Till January 2 new appointment was scheduled I took the car back after 2 cancelled scheduled that Mechanic was sick. They check my car and did not fix it still want another money for checking. 230euro. I was angry and they cancelled the new cost and still dis not fix my car. I want to fix my car or get my money back. Reply as soon as possible.
