Hei! Kävimme Itiksen myymälässä ja tarkoitus oli vaihtaa iphone uuteen. Vanhasta puhelimesta laskettiin alennus. Ensimmäinen myyjä sai eri hinnan kuin myöhemmin toinen joka syötti puhelimen mallin väärin. Paikalle pyydettiin esihenkilö joka löysi puhelimesta palaneen ledvalon joka laski hintaa. Molemmat myyjät olivat ystävällisiä ja esihenkilön löytämä vika oli toki oikea havainto mitä muut eivät olleet huomanneet. Jatkossa toivoisin että esihenkilö ymmärtäisi että asiakas on ollut myymälässä yli tunnin ja heille on annettu jo hinta jonka perusteella he ovat tehneet ostopäätöksen. Erittäin epäkunnioittavaa ja ikävää vallankäyttöä. Summa oli pieni 30€ ja myymälän tulisi pystyä joustamaan tämän verran kun hinta on jo määritelty. Ikävä fiilis. Myyjät oli sympaattisia ja ovat aina olleet. Kiitos heille!
