Vuokrasimme pakettiauton, laitoimme kasvokuva ja ajokortti kuvan ja kaikki tiedot. menimme noutamaan autoa,jolloin saimme laitettua kuvat autosta ennen lähtöä ja sitten tulee viesti että vakuusmaksu 50000 e, soitin asiakaspalveluun ja emme saaneet autoa ja rahoja ei palauteta! Otimme auton sitten toiselta yritykseltä. En voi suositella.

Varasin auton ja lähetin valokuvia ajokortista ja itsestäni ja maksoin. Aikaa meni pikemmin 50 kuin 5 minuuttia! Nyt sitten parin tunnin päästä tuli viesti, että järjestelmä ei hyväksy kasvokuvaa, lähetä uusi! Kuva oli ihan näköinen. Miten sen uuden nyt lähetän? No osasin lähettää uuden, mutta jos sekään ei teille kelpaa, tulen peruuttamaan varaukseni ja etsin helpommin saatavan auton.

This service is a scam. No customer service or phone number is available and this is not a 24h rental service as it is claimed in the website. After you submit your reservation, they ask to provide a copy of the driving licence, although no person is available to check the documentation during weekends or night time. In addition, if you encounter problems during the rental no phone number is available to report them. Like in my case, if you don't receive the code to unlock the door of the vehicle, there is absolutely nothing you can do to solve the issue. Stay away from these scams and book from physical car rental services.
